have deliquescence; with chlorine, bromine,iodine and other halogen,there is possibility to occur disproportionation reaction,
with acid it will occur neutralization reaction .

Packaging, storage and transportation: The liquid sodium hydroxide must be packaged and transported with special tank car
or storage tank. Containers must not contaminate the product. Tanks must be cleaned with pure water to prevent collision.
The solid sodium hydroxide can be packaged with drum, a barrel net weight of (200+2) kg; and can also be packaged with
bag,the inner bag using polyethylene or polypropylene film bag, the outer bag using polypropylene woven bag (or film bag)
or kraft paper bag, net weight of each bag is (25.0 + 0.25kg).It is stored in dry well-ventilated space, and kept away from
acids.
